The customer service in the service department definitely needs some attention. Bryan is not as friendly and accommodating as he should be to be the Assistance Service Manager. Kylie (I do apologize if I misspelled her name) is the ONLY reason why I would consider returning to this service department. There are two other service advisors that I did not care to get their names because their approach to me as a customer was as if I was a bother and inconvenience to them for even being there. I had to go there three days in a row for issues and you would think that someone would have taken that into account. The communication (outside of Kylie) was fair at best and definitely not VW level quality. I even had to remind them to rotate my tires which is included in the service but they told me they did. I do not like being lied to, especially about my vehicle. This makes me leary about what else was NOT done.
