    I went in for my first maintenance on my Taos, the waiting area was very nice and the service advisor was very helpful and friendly!

    The repair took 10 business days, over 2 trips. The loaner vehicle only seated 5, while the ID.Buzz that was in for repair seated 7. There was almost 0 communication, and the service staff treated this customer like garbage, until I complained and then received an actual update as to the status of the repair. I was so disappointed to not receive communication until the very end.

    Customer experience was great. from check in to check out it was first class. The tech Emily was terrific, and Stephen Chong was excellent

    For starters I called on Wednesday looking for an oil change appointment, and Principal was able to get me in the next day. I arrived for my appointment, they took the car back and returned it in under 1 hour washed, oil changed, and ready to go. The waiting area was nice with Wifi access and refreshments available.
