My experience with Volkswagen started off fine. When I bought my car in 2023 from John, everything went smoothly, and I was initially happy with the vehicle. However, things quickly changed. A few months after purchasing, the car started having serious issues—engine failures while driving, AC problems, and more. I’ve had to return the car to the shop multiple times, and despite that, the problems continue. I’m really not happy with the vehicle’s quality. I expected better from Volkswagen, but after driving the car for almost two years, I feel very disappointed. Most recently, my car began making a loud noise while driving, which I believe is coming from the engine. I brought it in again, but this time the customer service was extremely poor. The person handling my case showed no willingness to help, communication was terrible, and I had to call repeatedly just to get any updates—often with no answer at all. When I came to pick up the car, I was told I needed an alignment, which I’ve never had to do before. The service advisor spoke to me in a condescending tone, which I found very disrespectful. On top of that, I was told to replace all my tires—even though they are the original tires from when I bought the car brand new and still appear to be in good condition. Ultimately, the main issue I brought the car in for was not fixed. It feels like no one wants to take responsibility or offer a real solution. I’m deeply disappointed with both the car and the service I received this time. I don’t know what the next steps are, but I wanted to report my experience. This has been very frustrating and far from the level of service and product quality I expected from Volkswagen.

The driver's side passenger window wouldn't close and this wasn't fixed overnight (service tech said they fixed it). We had to take it in twice to get it fixed sometime like 8 business days total shop time. We understand part lead times and such but there was no communication during this process, compared to other dealers I've worked with I get text messages and phone calls on the status and expected resolution times.

Dropped car off on Friday. I was told they would finish the maintenance by Monday. Zero communication unless I initiated the communication. Monday I had to escalate to the service manager. Then finally I was contacted Tuesday.
