    I was happy about the customer service Klyee. But after getting the car, I realize they reused the parts or put the used parts. I am not sure if this is the protocol, but I wasn't happy.

    Communication seems to be a big issue. It’s really hard to get in touch with anyone there unless you are texting with your service advisor which since it’s so busy sometimes you have to wait a while for a response. Also, the repairs were not done 100% correctly in the beginning, which made me bring my car back. Another repair needed to be done after bringing it back a few days later which should’ve been noticed the first time I brought it in.

    Car AC blows hot air when switched off, i asked to check the AC system and service manager commented AC should always be kept on ! I dont expect hot air flowing through AC vent when AC is turned off. No Air should flow when AC is switched off.

    I felt like the ignition coil should had been warranted. The service that I have received in the past from Hiley Volkswagen, and then having to pay $800 plus to fix my car again did not make me very happy. As of today! I traded my VW Beetle in on a Mini Cooper at Sewell of Plano cause the VW was getting to be a pain. And having the Service Mgr at Hiley VW tell me it was the little black things sticking up on a new tire was making the tire noise. The noise never went away, and that was the most ridiculous explanation I have ever heard. VW you need to rethink your customer service, and get service people that know what they are doing.

    This is not my first visit to this dealership. It's my preferred Volkswagen place in the whole Metroplex area. Everybody is very nice, respectful, and very customer service-oriented.
