The service department is always so helpful and considerate. It is because of the service department I will probably buy my next car here also. My brother is coming here now and I have recommended it to other VW owners

Impressed on the TAT of the service, charged me for a tire rotation which was required and approved. Ended up with a very fast service and a unaligned vehicle that now they want to charge me 185 usd to correct a problem they created.

They cheat me they charge me 2500 Dollor for engine light. They diagnose it and in next 50 mile again.engine light came and now they charging 1800 for not sure gone light. If told early I wold have sold car and buy new
