Waylon Britton is amazing. I honestly don't want to work with any other service agent. My reason for (4) stars is that after my visit I specifically called to speak with the GM and left a message. I specifically said I wanted to give a complement, and I ever received a return call. I don't think the service dept. needs improvement, it's the back line with management and sales that needs improvement.
