Overall fantastic experience and service performed promptly. I was disappointed snd frustrated at difficulty in making service appointment via digital automated system. Exasperated, I finally just drove to dealership and was welcomed and received service immediately. waiting area is nice, but i missed the coffee variety of dispenser and missed some of the free snacks which used to be offered. Otherwise, a great experience and i am grateful for the customer service and complimentary car wash!
