The Service Writer and other staff were great. The car was returned cleaned and felt like a happy vehicle. My only real complaints are with the VW itself. The Audio head unit sounds great, but the wireless CarPlay connection is far from what it should be. Whenever I am using it (even if it is for an audio book) the connection will fail multiple times an hour. Frequently the entire display goes dark and it is very distracting and frustration if on a long trip. This has been an issue since I got the Tiguan. The only other frustration is the keyless entry and the remote start. Both seem to fail more than half of the time. I can be standing right next to the car with the keys in my pocket and the door button clearly can't see the fob as being nearby. The app fails to remote start the car with about the same failure rate. I've mentioned this each service visit, but there is clearly no solution available to the VW Service folks.
