When I called to let Your staff know I was running late, the response was, thanks for letting us know, you are OK, and we will have someone there to greet you. 1st impressions are everything for a company of this magnitude. Service manager greeted me once I arrived, thoroughly detailed my issue, gave me an ETC. WoW! Everyone was neatly and professionally dressed. The service area was in immaculate condition. Great service to handle a slow leak tire. The tire was in stock and replaced due to nail in the sidewall. We arrived in the afternoon on 12/23, it was very busy!
