The scheduling and service completion was good. However, there was no follow up from the Service Department on the status of my vehicle which they had for 3 weeks. I had to make 5 phone calls for status updates. In addition, I was without a vehicles for 4 days until I was offered a loaner vehicle. When I asked the service manager what additional could be done to reduce the cost of service I was out of my vehicle for 4 days with lost wages, he said the loaner vehicle was sufficient and nothing else could be done. As a manager, there is always something that could be done for customers satisfaction.

Inspected the car and only fixed what was necessary. I've owned a lot of V-dubs and the service here is awesome.

The entire shopping process was great. The first time we came to the dealership to look at the vehicle, there was no pressure to buy. After we made our decision to go with the VW, the sales team was fantastic in working with us to get much of the information done online before we had to come in and sign paperwork. It was honestly the best new car buying experience I've had aside from buying my Tesla previously.
