    The gentleman who assisted me with the oil change and check-up was very polite and helpful. The waiting area was comfortable and it did not an inordinate amount of my time for them to get the car ready. Only comment is that there was a warning that the battery in the fob was low. It would have been nice if that had been taken care of while I was there.

    I arrived for an oil change expecting to be there for about an hour. The service rep told be it would be 45 minutes. 1:40 later I watched my car pull up but nobody came to get me. The service rep walked by me to go to the bathroom and didn’t say anything. When I walked across the floor to ask if my car was ready, I was met with “who are you?”

    I gave 5 stars because I received an excellent car and the customer service was truly memorable — the team met all of my expectations. The only point for improvement is the total time it took to complete the process: from choosing the car, to negotiation, approval, and finalizing the paperwork, everything took longer than expected. Streamlining this process would make the experience even better.
