I had a slow leak in on of my tires, which ended up being a nail or screw. It took 3 hours to repair.

Hi, I came specifically for a security camera that wasn't working. Three days later, they had the unit and returned it to me in the same condition. They did nothing. They promised to let me know when the camera arrived, but they haven't contacted me yet. The second star is because they were kind enough to lend me a car for three days. They returned the Altlas to me in the same condition, even dirtier than when I returned it. 🤣

I requested a loaner when I made my appointment and when I got there they had no loaners available so I had to drive back home because the repair requires the car to stay overnight.
