I went to the 20K miles service for my 2024 Atlas- all good. I took some time to review the new units- the Sales rep offer me the 2022 ID4( 26 months warranty) . It took 3 hours to get approval. I did the downpayment and next day they said is only sign the contract and you're ready to go. I went the next day and the Sales Manager Michael said guess what since have some recall open- handles replace- It can't be certified. I lost 4 hours of my time and 30 dlls for the Uber. I can't believe from VW agency. Call me for more details. The sales manager said i don't know why i didn't tell you before.

Sales people are attentive but not pushy, they meet you on the middle with what you need and the expectations. Also the dealership is very comfortable , like the complimentary sodas and people are very friendly

I the service was significantly faster than I have experienced at other Dealerships and even the discount tire I was at before, where I even had an appointment. Seating is spacious and comfy the bathrooms are immaculate and you have free fountain drinks! A plus was my service guy was pretty cool, great sense of humor.
