    Steve was able to get me an appointment quickly and was waiting for me on the day of arrival. Everything went smoothly. I enjoyed the waiting area equipped with tables where I could work.

    Great customer service by the team that took care of me during drop off and along the process. Two things that need improvement. 1. Questionable data in reports. My brakes have more left than they did during the previous oil change- inspection. This can lead to questioning if work was ven done or the quality of the work. 2. Ridiculous add on service cost hidden during quote - charge for service tools ? Very poor way to increase your profitability. I understand you have to make money. Do not hide costs from your clients. People will not come back if they feel they are being taken advantage of even if it is for your “data storage charges” or your shop supply charges. - first time I have seen this in all my years taking my vehicles to a VW dealership for servicing

    They billed me and put on the work order that they rotated my tires, but I marked the tires prior and they didn't rotate them at all. I had to return to the dealership to get them to complete the work. They also happen to break my hood latch cable - which cost me $600.
