Overall I'm happy with the service provided but they forgot to reset the "Maintenance required" alarm and had me go back to the shop for the technician to reset it. It just opens up to more potential scenarios of what else could have been missed...

Tim Huff was my salesperson. He was extremely patient, kind and courteous. I never felt pressured into leasing or buying a car. He went above and beyond to help me with my lease for my Tiguan. The entire staff at Principle Volkswagen was extremely courteous and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better experience when buying or leasing a car.

The website allows you to schedule an appointment on the weekend, but VW does not have technicians available on Saturday to conduct advanced repairs. Showed up Saturday morning for an appointment and was told car wouldn't be looked at until Monday. Now, I was provided a loaner vehicle, which made all the difference and made this a non event.
