    The biggest reason for 5 stars, I had a very good salesman, Henry, who was not pushy. I knew exactly what I wanted, he showed me the options we went for a test drive and spent 10 minutes haggling over numbers and were both realistic about coming to a deal. I had visited 2 other dealerships before Grapevine VW that used every "sales tactic" they could think of. Henry read my style and adapted to it. The facility was very clean and the inventory on the lot reflected what was listed online.

    Total lack of communication. Warranty co. was not contacted. I was told that the freon was low, only to find out that it was 'over' filled. The cost quoted to continue testing was $500.00 bc no apparent leaks were found (5 days later). I had the same process performed elsewhere for under $200

    The service was great! Super professional and Matthew Clark was so nice. He is the reason I will continue with Principle VW. This was the first time I had been there. The initial dealership that I purchased my vehicle from was great to purchase from but their service was awful. Very different from Principle VW. Will definitely be returning for other services.

    We had an 8:00 AM appointment to drop off our vehicle for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When we checked in, we were told by Waylon that the service would take about an hour and a half. Based on that, we came back around 10:30 AM expecting the car to be ready — only to find out it hadn’t even been brought in yet. We were then told it would take another hour and a half, but the car wasn’t actually ready until 2:30 PM. That’s nearly 6.5 hours for basic routine maintenance, which is incredibly frustrating — especially as we’re in the middle of moving and had other plans for the day. I’m so glad this is the only experience we’ve had with them, because after this visit, we will not be returning. The lack of communication and disregard for our time was disappointing and unacceptable, especially for a scheduled appointment. We expected better, and this experience fell far short.

    Under their New Management, there has been a Paradigm Shift! It is like a whole new experience, I was truly shocked! Service staff were friendly, helpful, to the people over in the main building. Wow, this was a good move for VW. Just wished I was happy with my Black Premium Atlas Sport (2022). It really is disheartening to think VW would sell this car knowing that the Infotainment Center was so far behind technology. Recently drove the 2025... That is a nice car!
