I chose this rating as the communication while waiting to get my oil change and tires rotated was minimal. I had to walk out to the service area to find someone and my car was ready but no one came a told me or reviewed anything found in the inspection. I paid and was told the results of the inspection and what I paid for would be emailed to me. It was not and I had to follow up twice to get my invoice and results of the inspection.

Service advisor was anything but "advising". Seemed new, rushed and untrained. Asked questions thar I had already answered on my appointment notes. Never gave any feedback on the service findings and never emailed the receipts as per my request

Ive had many great visits to Principle Vw. This time was incredibly disappointing. The lack of communication between the service advisor and myself was surprising. I understood that it would take some time as a part had to be ordered, but for the whole process to take 11 days seemed excessive. after the fact i was informed that the service advisor was exceptionally overwhelmed and had little support to communicate with all of the customers. i hope that there will be support given to your service staff in the very near future otherwise you will have a number of disappointed if not angry customers.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Did not feel pressure to buy. Love the car (2025 Taos). The whole dealership just seemed to be 'happy' and excited about their VW product.
